Ford Ranger bogging and hesitation

I have a 2021 ford ranger xlt 2.3l, 41k miles. Recently it has been bogging and random hesitations . I’ve tested the after market BOV, cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the mapt, changed spark plugs and did a pcm reset. I did put an snb cold air intake , about 1 month ago and the issues started occurring about recently . I reinstalled the stock CAI to see if that was the issue after making sure their was not gaps or leaks in the snb. The issues remain. Any other suggestions or or ideas what it could be. I’m certain it’s an airflow issue and don’t think it’s the purge valve .
