I have a ford fusion 18 energi. I am at 25000 miles original warrenty ended last month. Today when I went to leave work the dial turned very hard. I went through the dial up and down. Turned the parking brake on and off and it is still really tight to try to turn the dial shifter. Any thoughts it's all of a sudden no issues then bang.
