Wipers stop in up position and restart one at a time

Our 2019 Titanium has had several instances where the wipers will be running, stop at full up and then the driver side wipes once or twice, then the passenger side starts wiping. They stay in sync once they get going again. Anyone hear of this or have an idea what's up?
