SYNC3 Version 3.4 Not Available for 2017 via USB OR Wi-Fi?

Ford says my Sync3 version 3.0 is up to date. Is it possible version 3.4 just isn't available for my vehicle? Will this impact updating the navigation system? Thanks!

I used it to upgrade my 2016 SEL to 3.4 - worked great, just follow instructions closely!
