Roof Rack Noise

Morning All. I just installed the crossbars for the roof rack on my 2018 SE last night. Now it whistles when I am driving. Anyone else have this issue and if so, what was your fix? I am already looking but wanted something that's not a $40 add-on or cheesy DIY.

I worked at a Ford dealer back in the 60s. One or the mechanics put a roof rack on a new 65 Fairlane station wagon. A few days later the owner came back said there was a weird noise in the rear of the car. Called a Ford rep. Said to remove the roof rails and fill them with sand and put back on. Seems like the wind passing over the roof rack rails was causing a vibration that came through the roof. Might take a look at this.
