Pre-Collision Assist Not Available Sensor Blocked

Dear Group,
I just got my 2020 Ford Edge Titanium less than two weeks ago, from a non Ford dealer. The "not blocked" sensor comes on quite randomly and then will disappear randomly. Underneath the front grill at the bottom, is what could be a sensor, dangling freely. Aside from my amateurish attempts to problem solve, I am asking for guidance/ suggestions/commiseration. Oh, this baby only has 23,000km or about 13,000 miles.
