2016 Fusion 1.5L Ecoboost

I was getting the code for the downstream sensor and getting engine stutter on acceleration. Code was slow sensor response.
I replaced the sensor but I am still getting stutter. The code up last I checked was p0141(I think) oxygen sensor temperature. It might be sending the original code again but I need to double check.

Is there something I am missing? Something else I need to do? Something else going on?
