Overheating Problems

I bought a new radiator fan that came with the control module,
and I installed it, and NOTHING the fan still doesn't run, I check the fuse, the relays, the fan itself,
all seems to work but the fan. I also check the two bolt midi fuse for continuity 2024.jpg , I don't know what else to do.
Any advise!
