I have a 99 Ranger XLT Supercab with 4WD. It has automatic transmission and the 3.0 v-6. The previous owner installed a 3" body lift kit. There are several things they didn't do properly. Today, I'd like to discuss the transmission shifter cable. With the added body height the cable is now too short to adjust correctly. It's difficult to select the gear you want. I've searched online for an extended cable with no luck. Any suggestions?
