Fiesta won't start after replacing dual clutch

Hey Everyone

Looking for some help with my son's 2012 Fiesta, we brought with a 103k on the dial, an updated TCM and a clutch needing to be replaced (car would move under it's own power BTW). Well this wasn't my first clutch job, but to my surprise in all my years of turning a wrench I have never encountered an automatic transmission setup like this. Now the clutch is in, car's on the ground and I'm getting "car is not in park warning" and car won't start not even in neutral. Connected Forscan, received a few codes on being out of range so I swap out the neutral safety switch (lets say cheap one from amazon) which might still be the culprit. New to the Ford seen and would appreciate any help.

When you reassemble that transmission. Any attempt to look under the hood of the connector to check the conditions of those pins?

DTC with a Circuit LOW condition - means it's not getting power or even know it's there - from that pin - which may be the condition of the actuator not knowing it being "zero". OR the Actuator, one of them, moved or was moved from it's set point while being assembled and so it does not resolve to the TCM's known ZERO (Being park - no gear engaged (Neutral/Park) condition

You did check to see if the Actuators are seated?

The assembly part needs to be done with the battery not connected - so if any live power was applied, during assembly - you'll have to reseat those actuators.
