Can’t get abs light to go away

I have a 2011 ford edge limited and it has the abs code c0227 which is left front wheel speed signal erratic. I’ve tried putting a new sensor in and I’ve checked the wheel bearing for play. One thing that I have noticed is the light will most of the time stay off but when i there is a right curve in the road the light comes right back on. I don’t know what it could be that is causing this code any help would be appreciated.
