2.0 and 2.3 head differences

Was told 2.3 heads are the same as 2.0. well i got a 08 focus 2.0 and got a 08 2.3 head. There pretty much the same except the front cam cover on the intake can on the 2.3 is totally different. On my 2.0 head it gets the oil from the bottom of the cam journal but on the 2.3 it gets it from the cap. The 2.3 head has a oil hole on the bottom of the head and another where the front motor mount goes into the timing cover. Did i get the wrong 2.3 head?
